Truck registration

I sincerely want to thank Governor Jerry Brown for raising my registration from $650 last year to a whopping $767 this year.
Hope the fine folks from the great state of Ca see this and make some changes.

Please post up how much you all pay in your state. Curious to know how much I could save moving from here.

Every pick-up truck in CA is a commercial vehicle. Unless is has a camper on it, not a shell, a true camper. That adds a lot to our registrations. I'm sure you know this already.

BTW, someone has to pay for the "crazy train" that most of us will be able to afford even if we wanted to use it. The rich thank you.
CA has some of the highest taxes in the nation and is one of the states that are the furthest in debt. Great job Sacramento!!!!

The good side is that you can use the "commercial vehicle loading and unloading" zoned parking areas in front of businesses.

My registration fee in Texas (renew the license plate for another year) is around $80. That's what annual registration renewals in Texas are, a new sticker on the windshield.

Not moving to Colorado LOL
$606 is nuts also
Mine is a 15 F250.
My 68 Mustang was $133 should be $50 for no more than I drive it.

Ozzy should be proud that Jerry is building his train LOL

My F350 in FL is around $120. My F150 is $45. No income tax, and you can still buy AR15’s, ammo and 30 round magazines (for now). Come on down.

If I recall around $248 for a year on my truck. Most of the cost is because of the 14K GVWR.

$120 a year here in louisiana, only because it is a dually. Over 10,000 lbs. is listed as commercial, I thought that was high.
