EGR Question
I just went and pulled my EGR valve off and the ports were pretty saturated with fuel.
Was pulling it to install block off plate.
Engine had sat overnight.
302 with 2150 around 81-82 model carb with DS2.
Any ideas? I just don't think there should be that much, if any fuel there.
Had been trying different things as it has been cutting out on me while accelerating.
Tried larger size jets and it ran better, but,.. fuel mileage went from 14-16 down to 8.
Put stock ones back in and carb is stock now, but back to cutting again out while accelerating.
All new ign. parts.
Any thoughts on both problems?

It was clean.
Too many projects going on , have not had a chance to mess with it in a couple days.
Thinking about entering the small tractor I have been rebuilding in a show tomorrow and have to get a bunch of stuff done.
Would have liked to pull the trailer with my truck....
Oh well, maybe next time........
