Found it under the passenger seat.

That fits on the bottom of the little cubby hole to the left of the climate controls

Thank You: I had dealer install a Trailer Brake controller in there tech must have stuck it under the seat,

That's what it is!...... I had a brake controller instaled last week....my tech left it there as well!...... must be part of there training

Would someone mind showing a picture of the dealer installed trailer brake controller? I assume it's not as clean as the factory installed one, but I'd like to see.

It's the same thing. There is a slot for it. Trucks that come without a TBC have a little filler thing. You pop that out, and the factory TBD just plugs right in. Doesn't matter who installs it.
