Angry 2015 F350 - no trailer turn or brake lights ..... help

Hello gang

2015 F350 platinum

i have trailer running lights lights but nothing else. Same on 7 and 4 pin connections.

I’ve looked i the owners manual and it’s not really specific on which fuse(s).

ive tested every fuse under the hood and many in the kick panel and all checking out ok.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Here are the wiring diagrams for the trailer 7 pin. Maybe not a fuse but the trailer tow module?

Thanks, I’m not sure... I noticed problem when bought small little trailer with 4 pin and had no lights except running lights.
i tried the 7 pin with adapter and same issue.

I have an extended warranty but they won’t cover fuses I’m sure and I hate to spend $100 or more for someone to replace a fuse... hopefully someone has had the same problem. The owners manual doesn’t say which fuse controls trailer turn signals.

Often it is fuses or relays missing or the connections are loose or dirty at the 7 pin/4 pin connector.

Since you have some power, I am thinking the if you take the plug apart at the rear of the truck you will have your answer.

If under warranty, take the truck and trailer to them to show the issue. You can even verify it is your truck by plugging into one of the trucks on the lot.

If you check the wiring diagrams I posted, you will see there is no direct connection to the turn signals. They appear to be control via the MS CAN bus and the Trailer Tow Module. Check fuses 90 and 10 in the Battery Junction Box. If they are ok, then check to see if the trailer is sensed when using the 7 pin connector. Not sure about the small 4 pin connector how it is wired.

I checked both fuse 90 and fuse 10. All ok with both

i replaced my turn signal bulbs to led but I don’t think that’d make any difference... also installed 5th wheel wiring in the bed. I will check that connection in the morning, if that’s ok then it very well maybe the trailer tow module. When I move slider over on the brake controller it chimes and tells me no trailer detected (which it should nothing is connected at the moment) .

Thanks a a lot for your suggestions, i appreciate it !

UPDATE:

Thank you for your suggestions, I really appreciate it.

I installed 5th wheel bed 7 pin plug in last summer, everything worked great all summer. Until now.
I removed the T and reinstalled factory plug into factory 7 pin on bumper and FIXED.
Im not sure why the other connections are now bad but really don’t care, just glad it was an easy fix.

Thanks again
