My 1957 F100 build

Hi everyone, I’m Duaine and I’m from Vancouver BC. I’ve been a member for a year and I guess it’s time talk about my build. I bought the vehicle just over two years ago from a very nice older woman in Kent Washington and here’s some pics of it the day I picked it up😁

Looking forward to watching your build G-Force. I really like the fridge body style...

Then I removed the powertrain and suspension to mock up the coyote and crown vic parts.

Once I decided on positioning I started to modify the bottom of the frame so the cv suspension would sit flat on the bottom.
Where the frame comes up for front axle clearance isn’t long enough for the subframe so I cut the fram in the front and the rear of the clearance area. I forgot to take pics of the front though lol sorry and the pics aren’t the greatest but oh well. I also moved the centre line back an 1”1/4

Then I made some inserts for the subframe to bolt to.

Made a top and side piece to hide them, welded those in, filled in the holes and ground it all flush to try and make it look like it came that way. Hope you like🤞🏻
