I don't see what bad gas has to do with blowing oil out the top....Normally to push oil out, you have to pressurize the crank case. The best way to do that is to crack a piston or blow a hole in it... The compression then goes to the bottom end. I would check pressure out the PCV valve when cranking... then probably pull the spark plugs and do a compression test... You might have a Schrader valve on the fuel line to the injectors.. Push it and see what comes out.. Should have over 40 psi if the pump is working right.. See what the gas looks like.

Stop what you're doing, contact the people you bought the bad gas from, let them handle it through their insurance. It's not your fault. Let the pros handle it, and on their dime.
