Does anyone know if the make the 2017-2018 super duty with the shifter in the center console like the F-150's have? I could have sworn I have seen them before but maybe my mind is playing tricks on me.

you may have been looking at a F-150 interior as they are essentially identical. Don’t know why they couldn’t though lol
I'd like to see this option added to the Super Duty line someday. I had a 2010 F150 FX4 with the console shifter and thought it was a very attractive option.
I find that when towing with our Raptor, I down shift quite a bit (using the gear limit switch). The console shift, with the button on the side is much more natural to my hand, vs reaching up to the column mounted shifter. Ill just have to get used to it.

Agreed, the manual shifting on the column is a pain.
Someone mentioned a while ago that Ford canvased the market and found that most guys thought the console shifter was for cars and real trucks always had them on the column. I'm guessing they will eventually offer it, but I doubt anytime soon.
Haha thanks fellas! I am asking for my dad. I will have to tell him to keep looking at the Raptors I guess..
IMHO, if you're willing to buy a Raptor, you have no business even considering a Super Duty. That's like buying a cheeseburger when you want an umbrella.

Downshifting while towing? What's that?
Oh, wait. I'm sorry. I own a 6.7L Powerstroke.
This truck is the ONLY truck that I've ever owned that UPSHIFTS while going UP a hill ...
