I did this on my 81 f100, the only hard part is that you need a power brake pedal. The pin for the rod sits lower (I think) than the manual pedal. The pedal is pretty easy to swap, there is a couple spring clips and the rod slides out. If you have access to used parts (wrecking yard) for the pedal it’s a worthwhile swap.

With or without Power Brakes has nothing to do with the "Brake Pressure Differential Valve" as it's the same for both.

The same valve (EOTZ-2B257-A) was used 1980/83 F100/150 & Bronco & F250's under 8,500 lbs. GVWR

I did the same to my 81 F100 using parts from my parts truck.
Because of swapping brakes on other makes I knew to swap pedals and sure enough the power & non-power are different on our trucks.

I swapped the whole assy. as both trucks were sticks only difference was power/non-power brakes.
I don't remember what one is power or not.

I cant remember on the lines as I could have used the power lines from master to the valve on the frame. If the fittings are the same you may just need to bend them a little to reach the master that is out farther from the fire wall.

I have not driven the truck yet but don't see I would have any issues.

The master cylinders are different, but the only thing I see is the threaded port sizes. The bores are both 1 inch. The only problem, if someone down the road needs a master cylinder and they get a power master cylinder, the lines are not going to fit.

When I did my swap I did not look that close to that as I took every thing from the rolled over parts truck as it all was working when it rolled.

With that said I guess I took the power master lines to use on my truck.

I would say get everything from the junk yard: pedals, booster, bracket(s), rods, master & lines.
Then what you may want to do is get a rebuilt booster & master, sometimes sold as a complete unit, and use the JY parts as cores.
