front bumper 1997F250HD

Is the front bumper of the 1987 F150/250 the same as the front bumper of the 1997 F250HD/ F350. Specifically I am looking for a lower front bumper valence with round fog light holes which was originally on this truck (finally found a picture of the truck new) and suspecting it may actually have been aftermarket available for a number of models.

The front bumper is completely different. You need one for 92-96 F series which includes 97 larger trucks. The valance your referring to is aftermarket. Could be made by Cervinis or Lund.

I've seen a Lightning lower valence that had fog lights in it. It's available from LMC Truck too. Item 10 on this page: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=14

They've even got the fog lamp assemblies: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=157

There is also the bottom of this page: http://www.lmctruck.com/icatalog/fd/full.aspx?Page=83

Not 100% , but pretty sure round driving lights would be aftermarket

The Lightning valance is probably the only one I'd ever consider besides the stock one.

This is kind of off topic, but why does that mustang look like it has the factory wheels from a 93 Thunderbird?

I never realized the stock cobra wheels look identical to those a Thunderbird, does the center cap have a Cobra logo then? Instead of the Thunderbird logo?

Now that I look closer they do look larger then the Thunderbird wheels, but other then that they look identical.
