Best 6.7 Tuner: SPE, PPEI, or GDP
Sitting in my garage I have a No Limit EGR delete, an aFe intake, and an aFe 5" stainless steel down-pipe back exhaust with muffler. I'm going EZ Lynk tuning module but am undecided on which of the three tuners in the heading to utilize. My reason for deleting and tuning is for engine longevity and reliability as well as improving fuel economy, not to roll coal, drag race, or brag about dyno numbers. Therefore, I'm looking for a clean tune that will allow the truck to operate the way it would naturally were it not for the EPA jack boot on the neck of the OEM's. Any constructive input backed by experience with any of the aforementioned tuners would be greatly appreciated.

I bought the ez lynk with PPEI tunes or my 2017 f250. I had PPEI on my last truck, 2015 Denali HD, tunes were great. The 30 Hp tune is ok I guess, but Without trans tunes I have not tried the higher levels yet. PPEI has been promising me trans tunes coming soon since the first week of August. If I had it to do over again I would buy the patriot tunes with the Ndash because they off trans tunes.

Was in the same boat last month and it came down to support. Called PPEI a few times during business hours and received a voicemail saying it was outside their normal hours??? However email response was good.
Ended up going with GDP as they came highly reccomended. After purchase, the tunes arrived quickly and messages with a tech through the app were super fast.
Stock tune feels like you’re driving around with the parking brake on. Not impressed. The +75 is bossy. Better than my 2011 with H&S tow tune. Waiting on the trans tuning but even with that I can’t imagine needing any more power.
It also didn’t hurt that Rudy’s Diesel, Burlington NC gave me a $100 discount on the tunes.

I got the PPEI TCM this morning. Going to load it after work as well along with the 35hp with emissions tune since I'm not deleted yet. (Waiting to use up the DEF thats left in the tank)
