You need a complete EFI 5.8L engine, wiring harness from a 1992 V8 truck, as well as motor mount pedestals for that V8. Not an easy swap without a complete donor(s).

Intake, EGR, TAB/TAD solenoids and the associated pieces, yes. Trying to source all of that is going to be a chore. That's why I suggested a donor.

Then your task may be a bit easier.

To be honest I would look for a 1992/1993 F150 with a 5.8L engine. That way you have the correct EFI engine, distributor, emission pieces and a wiring harness as well as the mount mount perches.

You might get lucky and find one that already has a manual transmission. That means the computer is a plug-n-play swap.

Your resources will lead to which path to take.

I'd go for a 94'+ roller cam 5.8L, then matching year 5.8L (to your current truck) electronics donor.

on edit:
There was no 5.8L/ZF5 or M5OD F150 made, so the PCM will need to come from something else, like f250. Or, somewhat of a work around is to leave the MLPS sensor plugged in to the trans harness, in neutral or park, zip tied to frame rail, while using the 5.8L/E4OD PCM. Unless you can locate a 5.8L/C6 truck; that PCM would not be "looking" for the E4OD.

Today I got upper/lower intake, throttle body, injectors/fuel rail, accessory brackets, engine harness, and distributor... did I need the harness with fuse block all the way to firewall or just to the fuse block?

If the engine harness is from a '92 then you are good.

Could be pinned differently so I suggest you check that out before installing it. It won't be totally different but even 1 wire out of place will cause all kinds of running problems.

A 1994 truck uses a CCD ignition versus Push-Start for 1993 and earlier. There are wiring differences to consider. They also use different Ignition Control Modules.

If you got everything under the hood, the swap is easier.
