30.11.0002 This is listed as my build date according to ETIS. My guess is this is used as a place holder until the actual date is released. Is this correct?

My build said the same on etis until the actual build date of 8/28/17 replaced it. I believe that first series of numbers is just an arbitrary default sequence of numbers ford uses that means nothing about your build date.
I get the same thing. My build date was to be yesterday, I even did a ford chat. All they could say is "vin shows in production". I asked about cotus and she said mine isn't available there. Anyone know why? Agent didn't seem to know.

Is it an F350 you ordered? For whatever unknown reason, I heard F350s weren't searchable via COTUS.
it's weird to me, Cotus is a us based deal and (as I understand) etis is for Europe.
Truck shows over seas but not at home. I suppose in the long run it don't matter. But still if they let us track a Focus why not a truck that cost 3 times as much. Again weird. Another weird deal is the dealer is less than helpful.
I try not to complain, but just watch out if they ask, "How was your experience shopping our dealership?"
