How do you wire a kill switch and anti theft precautions

Hello, recently around my area a lot of trucks have been stolen. At this point it has me a little worried since I don't really have anything to stop this from happening besides locking my doors. How can I wire up a kill switch? What are some other anti theft precautions I could take to be sure my truck doesn't get stolen? Thank you all in advance

Just pull a fuse when you park Cost is perfect, and install time is 5 seconds

I am also interested in this question. There has to be some type of toggle one can install.

Some years ago Springerpop had an article on a disable system that cut power to the Injector Drive Module with a latching relay. This appeared to be a good system that still allowed the starter to turn but it would never actually start.

If you want a toggle:

Fuel pump relay

Main power to fuse box

Ignition wire

I would not use the fuel pump power wire.
How ever you can pull the FICM relay, put a switch on the PCM power relay or
the FICM power relay (same as pulling it). You can use the RF control relay and
replace one of the critical relays. I myself like the idea of the starter cranking.
Noise means someone may hear it trying to start. On that RF control relay I don't
recall the name of the thing but it was somewhere on the web. Google would be
a place to start. Then the last option listed and one that does work if you use it.

You can also brew your own DIY with some cannon plugs and wire.
