Under Bed Auxiliary Fuel Tank

Has anybody added an under bed aux fuel tank? I miss my 44 gal tank from my Excursion and need more capacity fir my F250. I know in bed tanks are the easiest, but I use my bed for tools and equipment so that's not an option. I'm looking for an under bed solution.

Thanks,

They don't make these for gassers anymore, do they?

Your problem is going to be the evap emissions. I'm not sure who's willing to mess with that, the main way capacity is added is by cutting the airspace that gas needs to be emissions compliant. An in-bed with a separate pump might be the only option going right now. And not a pump to the tank, I mean a transfer pump with a nozzle.

Thanks,
an excursion is basically built on an f-250 Chasis so I'm wondering if that tank will work.

or a tank from an f-450 chassis cab

Maybe remove the original tank and spare tire and then put an Excursion tank in there instead. Would have to throw the spare in the bed

another option, my f-450 40 gallon tank mounts on the drivers side outside of the two main chassis beams, leaving the spare tire area in tact.
