Gas tank dilemma

so I have a 78 F 350 camper special, and there is no gas tanks in it. The rear one had been gone for years since the flat bed currently on it only has a filler neck in the front. But my question is, would the front tank have been the same as its f150 and f250 2wd counterparts? I couldn't find any info on the front tank, just that the rear tank is obsolete.

Is your F350 Camper Special a Regular Cab on the 140" wheelbase?

1973/79 F350 Regular Cabs on the 140" wheelbase have the rear axle set back further than other F100/350's.

The spare tire is located behind a door on the right quarter panel.

F350's on the 140" wheelbase: 1973/79 Trailer Special .. 1973/76 Super Camper Special .. 1977/79 Camper Special, Ford dropped "Super" after 1976.

Oops, I forgot that part. It's a regular cab camper special on the 140" wheelbase.
