No spark! Has me puzzled!
Ok, well i just bought a 1988 f250 4x4 with a 351w. I ohm tested the coil and it tested fine, confirmed power to the distributor and it was fine but still no power so i replaced the tfi module and still no power! Its driving me nuts! Could it be the pip?

Most likely the PIP. Unless the large wire going from the coil to the center of the distributor cap is bad. Have you looked at the rotor and also make sure the rotor turns when the engine does?

Rotor does turn when engine is turning over, cap and rotor are almost new as well. I checked continuity through coil wire and it was fine.

my 90 f150 351w 4x4 efi did that to me it was a relay on the driver side by the fender.
