Question on high altitude towing issues

I have read about the particulate filter issues and warning lights in 2015 and 2016 model years of the 6.7.

Does anyone know if this has been resolved in the 2017 model year? About to do some Colorado towing and this is like deja-vu with my dura-max.

No clue what you are talking about with the 15/16 models. There were no issues that I have ever read about with the 15/16s with the DPF.

Care to elaborate or link to what you are talking about?

Both of those were started by the same person with just a couple people saying they have the issue. And then the threads went dead from almost a year ago with no follow up. Hard to say that it is an issue.

I had my F-350 6.7L over 11,000' Berthoud pass a few weeks ago pulling a 10K trailer. I didn't notice any regen issues. My engine oil got to 243 ° F and transmission got to 232° F but the truck didn't seem to mind.

Good then. Sounds very much like a blip on the radar. I'm paranoid about these emissi9ns issues...my 2011 Duramax was a problem year for def systems.
Thanks!
