2001 supercrew disc brake troubles help!

2001 supercrew 4x4 all wheel disc brakes.
Driver side brake is stopping harder than all the rest to the point that the pads will smoke if you do a hard stop
thought it was the caliper sticking. Replaced caliper and mount. Still same problem
thought possibly there was air in the lines.
Bled all 4 brakes several times. And still the driver front wheel still stopping harder than the rest.
Any ideas?
i wouldn't think it would be the master cylinder.

instead of the drivers side working "harder", I would consider the possibility that the passenger side is not working properly....... and the back end will never do as much as the front end.

So I went ahead and replaced both front calipers, brackets pads and brake line attached to
calipers.
Still same trouble. Driver side front
doing most of stopping. What's going on here.
Thought maybe air still in lines but I've bled them several times.

There is something wrong in the hydraulic line to that caliper that is not releasing pressure.
Is the ABS unit in trouble?
Bleeding is opposite of the issue.
Excess air makes the pressure 'soft' from air compression.
Or if air is trapped and keeping excess pressure on the pads it should pull to that side without any brake applied.
Got to get into it deeper than just replace parts.
Good luck.

Replace the "rubber" hydraulic hose on the side that sticks first. I had the same thing happen, turns out the line collapsed internally allowing brake fluid into the caliper but would trap fluid inside so it wouldn't release properly..

Edit: Sorry I just read you already replaced that, try the ABS module as stated by Bluegrass it cured my f150 brake issue but my issue was a lack of pressure.
