2017 Superduty Cell Phone Cradle Location
Wondering with the new dash where people have mounted their cell phone booster cradles?
On my old 2011 Superduty, I had a "smooth talker" booster cradle that just went on the screws holding the radio/deck in place (in the dash). I still have the cradle but am unsure about taking the new dash apart or wondering is there is a more clever location for it.
Any ideas, pictures, videos would be awesome

I havent installed one in the '17 yet...but I like ProClips, not sure if you could adapt their holder to your booster or not.
Can't say I'm crazy about either mount from Proclips...I like the position of their center mount, but I don't like the strap itself...
The Drivers Side vent mount is marginally better but the location is not ideal (prefer center of dash).

Got a piece of wood flooring that just happens to match color of wood grain except grain running in wrong direction from the sliding door. Cut it to 3-3/4 in. X 9-7/8 in. Then cut a 1/4" out the rear to fit where the door slides into the console and agains so the sliding door can slide up over some to hold in place. Then cut 1-1/2" from the edge of the groove so the curvature of the door can come over. Hard to explain. The door and slots is slightly curved and the wood is flat. Also cut a slot to pass the USB through. I have two RAM ball mounts and will swap that out to the new RAM Tough-Trac rail mount so that I can put on a T-Bolt (ball) to the rail and put it where I want or two if needed. Then remove when not needed.

Well I finally got it upgraded with the new RAM Tough-Track system. The RAM ***** can be moved or positioned or removed and added. Just need to paint them screws now.

I bought a similar holder, but found it was in the way of the shifter. I ended up putting it on the passenger vent. I may try modifying it to make lower profile.
BTW, what's the **** with the blue light below your phone?
