Driveshaft splines
Check the splines on your driveshaft. There's a blue grease from Ford that has to be on the splines in the sliding section of the driveshaft. It dampens the splines from clunking on accel/decel. With 190k miles, the splines may be worn out and need replacing, but start with greasing the splines to see. Also check ujoints.
