Built the cab mounts and holesawed a hole the same diameter as the s10 mounts, rear I'm also using the s10 mounts instead of the ford links

With my desire of the truck sitting so low I had to build a pretty tall trans hump and driveshaft tunnel, the only way I could of slightly lowered the tunnel was to use drop front axle spindle and build taller cab mounts, all doable but I'm happy with the way it turned out.

Built my own mount adaptors to the s10 mount, ford engine actually sits in the frame really good, even the driveline fit, just had to change the yoke and cross

The plan is to paint it several colours then sanding it down to give it a patina look, the frame was not cut which made it easy for the driveline, changed the tranny yoke and the driveshaft fits perfectly without cutting it down, box will be a homeade long box

no after pondering on different ideas, I decided I wanted a different powertrain for it and all kinds of other changes, this is where this truck comes in, all the stuff I don`t want to use on the `55 is going onto this one.

Built my reverse tilt hood, thank goes out to 56 panel for the measurements of his kit, I did build it a bit different, my front hood links are adjustable, just have to put in the proper pins in the hinge and finish adjustment

Sure!!. Got the steering shaft mocked up, also bought a manual air ride valve from little larry's, mounted it a bit different , instead of the billit showing, the valve is behind the dash and holes for the levers cut into the dash, gonna make larger levers to fit the valve instead of the supplied paddles
