The only time I have seen the Ford oval is on 96/97 trucks, But I have also seen 96s that had the FORD letters

don't get your panties in a bunch again Brad lol.if anyone knows (unlikely,as there was probably no particular reason) they'll post up regardless as to those who share with what they have.the thread would be totally dead if no one posted cus no one outside of ford will know this.unlikely you'll ever find anyone working in ford who would know either.chill.put on some tunes and relax.it's Sunday brother.there's plenty of enough real world stresses coming during the week.no need to rush things.

My 92 was a letter plate had damage to bed, it also was damaged took it to ford to have it fixed when I got the truck back it was a oval on the drivers side like a bronco.
My 96 eclipse package truck letter also. I have not seen many with the oval I believe it was just the end of the run of the era and they just kept the oval set up running to swap between bronco and fseries, the remaining letter script were just used up.
The more odd things that get to me are, door pin switch my 92 was back of the door pillar, my 96 old style up front on the A post between the hinges.
Also the hit and miss of the keyless entry systems, my 96 Eclipse came without it, but yet it is all leather, painted on stripes, power back slider window, overhead console, radar detector(wayyy out dated) actual wood everywhere. I have been in junkyards and seen bare bone package trucks with keyless.
