I had not heard this, but am saddened by the possibility of it being true. Hopefully you're wrong and Robin is doing just fine.

 

I don't know details. A post is forthcoming.......... but yes.

Stewart called me minutes ago to let me know. I'm not sure who has the details, but they are coming.

I hope this is wrong as well. Robin was a great guy and a huge asset to this forum and brotherhood. I'm glad I had the pleasure of meeting him a few times. He will truly be missed!

 

I just got off the phone with Stewat H and yes it is true... RIP Brother...

Sadly it is true. He passed earlier today due to complications with outpatient surgery. His son Phillip is just starting to plan the services so I can post details for those who may be able to attend or send their condolences.

Robin was a great friend and very giving. We laughed a lot and that is how I will remember him. He did it right, on so many levels. His last words to me were very kind and appreciative. Rest In Pease my friend. You are already missed.

 

Jim do you think you should lock this thread and create an official one for remembering Robin?

Dang. So sad to hear. I'm glad I was able to meet Robin when he came to my house for a GTG. Great guy. Will be missed.

 

Wow, I'm truly saddened by this news. He was always so helpful to me when I bugged him via PM's for crazy questions. What a super nice guy and definitely part of the FTE family and brotherhood. Prayers to his family. RIP Robin.

 

Cookie my only thought is that this one starts out with uncertainty is all. I already knew about this before this thread, it was just a thought. And now it seems to be clear enough for everyone.
