fivestarmmd is starting off with a positive reputation.
Changing gears/ tire size is just going to give false fuel ecomoy with out correcting speedometer drive and driven gears .

Youre correct that the Speedo and Odo wont read correctly after a tire size change for anything than stock height - but its easy to calculate your actual mph or mpg.

lets say stock tire height is 30. And for simple math I now run a 33 tire. Its a 10% difference so at 60 mph on the Speedo my actual speed is 66mph.

Thusly, if you run 200 miles on a tank you actually ran 220 miles. Then just do your mpg math as usual.
