That is a bit moist for sure Dave. Haha
Made huge progress at mom's today. Pretty much ready for photography and showing. Cabot more cleaning and need to get a bunch of garbage and such out of the garage still but that won't take too much more work.
Going to work around here tomorrow planting a bunch of the stuff we dug up at mom's last week.

Thanks Dave. Hard to see everything well in all the shade. But on the plus side it's about 74 outside and only 67 in the house. And that's with all the doors and windows open. I love all these trees.
