One other thing I would try. If you have cam and crank sensor non sync codes, use your SCT tuner and clear them. Seems like when I was having my issues if I had non sync codes, I had to clear them and it would start. Was not the fix but got it to run before it would cut off again.
I don't have any codes showing anymore. I'm at a total loss here, it doesn't seem like I'm getting anywhere and I'm really starting to lose hope I'm going to give it until Monday and if we can't get it running I'm just going to lube myself up and have it towed to the dealership.
I would re-install the OEM program from the SCT programmer and see what happens. It might give you another set of codes the SCT will not. Also, you might want to go to the SCT website and check for updates before installing the tune.
Are you able to pull up ICP & IPR on the gushes on the SCT programmer? If you select gauges on the home screen then use the keypad to select the individual gauges you can change the PID you want to view. I'm camping now, but when I get home Sunday I can post up some pics.

When I check the gauges the other day I had no idea I could choose the gauges I wanted to see, I assumed only the layout. I'll go mess with it right now

This was my next step actually. I didn't want to mess with anything since it's had the tune loaded since I bought it and adding another change scared me. It really seems this would be a good idea though.

When you select the PID you want to view you can also select the format value. PSI, volts etc.....
It's commanding fuel. Look at the fuel supply. Pull the filter, see if turning the key fills the bowl.
You've done an absolute ton already. Even though that module absolutely worked fine when it left our shop, we'd be happy to test it back out again for you just to rule it out as a present cause of your issues. These modules can be finicky!

And it worked great when I first installed it! You shipped me a good FICM. JUST 4 miles into the first test drive the truck crapped out. I've checked over the old harness and it was fine (but really ratty) so I doubt that was the issue as well. I am at such a loss here. I have my 6.8 Excursion so I'm not without a vehicle, it just has the tags from the F250 is all (had them transferred from the EX). I just really want to start enjoying my new truck
