This "F-5 Freedom Programmer" piqued my interest. Checked Jody's site. It says:
F5 Freedom Programmer- Allows the end user to update their F5 with emailed programs. USB Programming cable included. Free online software utility. Current F5 users must send their F5 in for firmware update. ETA is now Mid to late November. E/C-$185.00

So, depending upon the amount of people that want this option (I do!! I do!!) it may be a while to get your chip turned around.....
