Oh man! You guys sucked me in! I just went to Sears and ordered a new front loader washer and dryer set.

It was a choice between the Whirlpool Duet Sport and the Kenmore brand. Whirlpool DOES make the Kenmore brand. The Kenmore one had a few more features and was only $50 more (on sale) than the Duet Sport (on sale).

The Duet Sport was $1799 on sale and the Kenmore was $1849 on sale. I chose the Kenmore because only $50 more got me a few more features and it is, essentially, the exact same (it is a spec bigger).

Total package price was $2100 (or so) after TWO taxes (14%). I go pick them up on Wednesday. Looking forward to it.
