Here in Modesto there is a car club called NorCal allready and they are pretty big. They have decals flags and clothing. They are very active in this area. There are even some houses in Modesto that fly NorCal flags. I don't know if it would be safe to apply a NorCal sticker or anything like that on my vehicle. Thier vehicles sport alot of bling bling if you know what I mean.

So I would have to vote for California Northern chapter.
