I'd really like to get that off today. Can anyone point me to the right thread or tell me what I need to unbolt? Pics would be great!

It's easy. The front clip is held in by less than or about 10 bolts. First, disconnect any wiring to the headlights, battery, etc. I would also remove the front wheels and hood for ease of access and removal. The first two bolts are underneath the radiator core support. They'll be inside the front crossmember. Unbolt them. Then move onto the inner fenders. Each inner fender should be bolted to each frame rail by one bolt. The bolt is towards the cab on the frame rail. After you've unbolted them, move onto the bottoms of the front fenders at the running boards. There'll be 3-4 bolts there to unbolt on each side. Once you've unbolted everything, you'll be able to remove the front clip.
I've removed the clips by myself. If you have a 4-wheel movers dolly, flip the clip towards the front on its grille and place on top of the 4-wheel dolly. You can then move the clip around by yourself.
