I've ran a tank or two of E85 just to verify the poor mileage, never an issue other than poorer mileage. E85 is a very good cleaner so if you did have crap in the tank it would clean it up real good....

220 isn't an issue. My '97 would hit 230 a few times and that was around 3/4 gauge IIRC. They run from 210-220 in the summer all the time.
