I haven't noticed any large differences in mileage between fuel suppliers. I've put shell, co-op and others in the tank and the truck burns lots of them all:)

I have the same problem when I put new exhaust on anything. Free flowing exhaust should equal better mileage, but heavy right foot trumps it every time.
