Not that I know of, and there's absolutely no gains to be had there. My truck had a K&N CAI kit on it, and I pulled it off and boxed it up-it was all noise and made no more power than the stock tube....

Sounds like you did fine to me. Whether the cam lobe was damaged enough by the flat follower to harm the surface heat treating will be seen over time. Just keep an eye on it.

2V engine block is the same as a 3V engine block. So, yes they'll work perfectly.
All modular chain tensioners are hydraulic. You can get the iron tensioners from rockauto.com for around $55 each....
