I got my cab mount brackets and floor pans for my 63 uni from Carolina Classics. Quality is good. They make the cab mounts, but I am not sure if they make their own floor pans.

Had that same problem on my 351w. The marks were there but very hard to see. I had to remove the paint that was on the balancer and clean it up real good to finally see the marks.
