I was in the same boat. Truck originally had a Dana 61, switched to a sterling. The u joint I used has 1.0625 caps on one side, 1.188 on the other side.
Napa #448. They usually carry them in stock.

Dana 60 trucks sit about 2" taller than a TTB truck.
Every 86 I've seen has a 60, only a couple 85's have had a 60.

I mounted mine in place of the stock AC compressor. Modded the stock brackets so it uses the standard location, tension adjustment, and even stock AC belt length.
