Can you read the codes from the 4x4 module?
Does your tow/haul button work even when the 4x4 does not? It is in the same circuit as the shift on the fly solenoid and the vacuum pump.

At the Schrader valve on fuel cooler you should have 35-55 Kpa (5-8 psi). As far as plumbing it in, I havenít done one so I canít say for certain whatís the easiest.

The sensor that remains plugged in is the EGR temperature sensor 2 (EGR temp 1 being EGT pre-turbo). The loose one in your photo there is the EGR flow control motor assembly.
