Safe to assume that you already made sure all plug wires where as they should be, none of the pulled off the plug? especially those at the rear of the engine where they'd work getting at bell housing...

Rap on it couple times with something to get it to pop into the correct position.

Unplugging it would also suffice for the time...

Lean condition reported, symptoms tend to support that.

Fuel pressure within spec points to the type of vac leak...

As stated the I6 fuel pressure spec is 50 to 60 psi, engine not running should be closer to that 60psi number than 50 as there is no engine vacuum present.

You may have other problems but too but...

Take the hazard flasher from the backside of the fuse box, it will work in place of the turn signal flasher in the front of the fuse box.

Or use the red-white wire instead of the light blue wire...

Then jumped to left rear, left rear didn't light up.

Light blue wire to light green wire with orange stripe, should be left rear flashing.

Only one bulb load on the flasher unit, so it will flash slower than normally...
