Not unless you have to drill the hole to size. I've never plugged one like that and it kinda looks like the hole in that one will need drilled so a plug will fit right.

They were probably the 360 / 390 truck mounts turned and just using 2 bolts, I did that years ago, now there is no reason to with all the ones out there.

Now would be the time to change to 3" wide springs in the rear. There are a lot more available in 3" and the ride will be a lot better.

I always plug the hole in the intake with a small freeze plug. They won't last forever but you should get a few years out of one.
