I would guess no. The fixed pedal does not have the same housing that has the sensor. I noticed the plug only has 4 out of the 8 pins inside the connection

Anyone have any last suggestions before I drop $550 for a new pedal assembly? Would be nice to know if I can replace it with the much vheaper fixed version.

What does GEM stand for? I did have my windshield replaced with the stock Ford(CarLite) about 3 years ago, but havent seen any evidence of it leaking. I will look again though. Thanks.

Well, seeing as how the circuit board is part of the pedal assembly, I highly doubt I can purchase just the circuit board and my options are kinda limited being here in Italy.
