At least in the US, there was never a 2WD Bronco. I've heard some were made in Mexico, but they were a dealer option, and not done by Ford.

The 1356 comes in both manual and electric shift. The one I have on hand is a manual shift, but has an embossed spot on the casing telling that it's where the electric motor would go....

Just thinking aloud for someone who may be removing lifters that are stuck from build up but are not replacing them. (ie cleaning them up and reinstalling).
