That was my thought as well. It went together somehow, so it has to come back apart somehow. Didn't want to destroy it, but if I have to buy a new one anyway, what the heck? A pretty shift lever...

Yep, that was it. I had looked at the fuse panel inside but everything was OK. Didn't know about the one under the hood. Man they hid that thing in there well. My 04 Super Duty only had a fuse...
