Here's a thread on flushing that may help. I'm with Misky6.0 - do it yurself. I wasn't impressed with the dealership flush at all in my neck of the woods.

Welcome to FTE! IMHO I would leave the egr cooler alone unless yur eot/ect delta indicates you have a problem. If you do have a problem, there are lots of threads with the pros/cons here to help...
