All I had to swap out was the intake and carb when I converted from the variable venturi to the 4 barrel setup.

Not trying to be a know it all but the center...

Not trying to be a know it all but the center intake bolt is a torx t-40. Good luck on the gasket swap and whatever you do dont over tighten the bolts that hold the upper intake to the lower intake...

I disconnected the coolant lines to my throttle body and few years ago and can tell you for a fact that the EGR has no coolant passage what so ever. The EGR hooks straight into the upper intake...

I've had good luck with my Percy's dead soft...

I've had good luck with my Percy's dead soft aluminum header gaskets, they are reusable and wont burn out. I bought them 2 years ago at Autozone for about 40 bucks.

I would skip the the chip, throttle body and injectors for now since you are on a limited budget and you would see minimal gains from those parts.

LMC truck has all the parts you mentioned available in black. I've ordered from them many times and the quality is OEM or better.

It's just held on by tape, use a blow dryer or heat gun and peel it off. I used 3m adhesive remover to get the left over tape off the truck.
