E4OD to Z5 swap donors (likely an often asked question)

Am just north of Ft Worth, TX and thinking of swapping my ‘96 E4OD to a manual 5 speed.

Prefer to have the whole donor truck; 4x4, four door, short bed prefered.

1rst to 2nd shift have always seemed lazy even after a BTS valve body install a few years ago.

Yesterday it wouldn’t shift to 2nd though the Interceptor gauge showed the computer thinking it had...
