Well, I tested the tps and it was smooth as silk both opening and closing, and all voltage readings were within spec (4.8v signal, closed read 0.99v and wide open read 4.76v with smooth transition)....

Wasnt ford using it on the 3v 5.4's? It felt like my 4.6 could wind out longer than my 5.4. Even if i can stretch out the torque band by 500-750rpms, i think it would be worth it.
