2010 4x4 front end noise actuation ???s

I got myself a 2010 Explorer 4.0 xlt a few months ago.
112 thousands miles now.
Automatic, awd, 4x4 hi, and 4x4 low
Everything seemed fine with drive train
It has gotten down below zero temps...

Can't say that it was an easy job by any means.
Simple, yes.
Easy, no.
I put new bushing in freezer Friday thinking it would shrink...

I have been telling potential buyers that I think it needs the control arm bushing...

I did have the front side of it apart. Took 5...

I did have the front side of it apart.
Took 5 torx head screws out to get inside.
It was a pain to get back together since there is a recoil spring.
Took a little while but did get it all back...
