Thanks for the replies. Then none are for mine. Mine is a 54 F100 with a 56 frame. The PO drives a 66 F100 and had a 56 doner when he was originally working on mine.

Could be a failed head gasket letting exhaust gasses escape into the water jacket.
Have you recently changed the ignition timing? Too much advance can cause overheating.
