I've got a 74 f100 with a recently rebuilt 302, 3 on the tree, and I'm thinking about swapping the 302 with the 300 6 that I have in a 86 f150 4 speed manual. The 86 is in better shape body wise...

Thanks, after thinking it through over the last couple of days, I agree with you. I think it's going to be a whole lot easier to R & R with another 4 spd.
