That's how it used to be. It has been quite some time since Ford has forced dealers to take vehicles for dealer stock. Ford does track trends and recommend a "Retail Series Mix" for dealer stock...

Yup, the 2011 F-150 diagram you posted is not even close to the 2011+ SuperDuty. Prior to 2011 the Super Duty reverse camera was controlled on/off via a 12v trigger from the reversing lamps circuit....

As of right now Ford has not released the timeline, tentative or otherwise, for MY12 Super Duty Job Last and MY13 Super Duty Job 1.

Best guess at this point would be a MY13 Job 1 of July or August...

The banded sensors where phased out at job last of the 2009 model...
