I just built a motor for a friends '66 Bronco. I went from I-6 to a 302/C-4. Nothing fancy, mild cam, headers, and the factory 2bbl. His intent is to swap out the carb/intake eventually when budget...

c-4 in Bronco shifts hard

U just installed a 302/C4 combo in my buddies '66 Bronco. The C-4 was a Craigslist find and was supposedly good. Here's what it does. When shifting into D or R it acts normal. When accelerating...

Easy, install the motor into it's mounts first. You could install the flywheel and clutch before you put the motor in or after. Next, stuff the transmission in. Support the trans and slide the t-case...

The 44 that's out of the truck is probably a low pinion, IMHO not worth the expense to narrow. A HP out of a later Bronco would be better but it's still wide. Go with a Bronco 44. Heck of a lot...

302/C4 issue

Silly question for you guys. I'm putting a 302/C-4 combo in a buddies '66 Bronco. The motor is a 302 out of a '75 Bronco that had a manual trans. The C-4/D20 combo came out of another Bronco of a...
